The hard drive caddies don't lock, they're held in only by the friction of the sata connector, and it doesn't appear to support 2.
Cons:ps200c3 & ps200u3 do not support dynamic disks in windows; you get 2 physical disks w/o any logical coupling ability.
Price
Only a tad more expensive than the ugly plastic ones, go for it!
This case is gonna pay for itself.

I only wish this unit has some indicator light on the front to show if power is on and when hard drives are in working motion
