These are great for taking the edge off and stick pretty well i was able to work out and shower with little to none of the adhesive coming off

I dont mind that this patch is flesh colored because its so small its practically invisible

They are a bit tricky to remove from their stuck on clear plastic thingie in the dark its impossible these are so thin its hard to tell which side of the plastic paper theyre on

Patch is gentle on skin no rashes yet but the patch was difficult to peel off the backing at first

My husband smoked 35 cigarettes a day used two patches for a few days then one patch for one day and now does not wear one at all
