All you have to do is lift that end slightly and it will roll easily for you. I use it in my bathroom closet which is very deep so the roll out feature is what i was looking for.

Gives organization to my small refrigerator. Works great on an older refrigerator that is not ergonomically designed. Perfect for condiments, etc. My kitchen pantry is a 'corner cabinet' thus it's pretty deep.

The wheels on these storage units are less than worthless. They must be lifted off the shelf to access the contents.
