Pros
The durable construction ensures that it can withstand daily use and last for a long time. It's sturdy, neat looking and non-squeaky too. It turns smoothly and holds a lot of things.
Each wedge-shaped compartment can be lifted out as needed, which makes its contents even easier to access and/or refill. It comes with three trays that make up the circle so if need be you can easily remove one of the trays and place it right back.
The adjustable height is helpful. The height is adjustable for the top shelf. Is is so compact and cute.
The crazy susan comes in a sleek white and clear design that easily blends in with any decor. This one is being used for my crafting.
Cons
The most that i can put on it is small deodorant containers. The bottom shelf is very thick, and the lip on the shelves is fairly high. This item is made out of plastic and cheaply made.

I ordered one on prime day, and ended up liking it so much that i got another one.

It swivels almost too freely as it rests where it wants and not where i put it

It could be because it may not be level or that i dont have the weight evenly distributed but i feel the product could be designed to compensate for that
