It looks like they didn't even open the package to inspect or repair it. No strain relief on the 2 pin connectors. The audio jack bent and broke immediately.

The connection where the wire goes into the audio jack isnt holding up and now i need to fiddle with it to get both channels it seems like it was poorly connected
