I read the book first time from cover to cover and now im going through it again slowly highlighting individual paragraphs

One of the things i love about this book is that she made me feel safe because the author went through this herself she gets how awful the shame is the selfblame the anxiety about getting anxious even before it happens feeling it grow into a full blown panic attack hyperventilating the sweating being curled up in a ball on the floor as the walls cave in and so on
