The breathability of silk is perfect for the tropics. It's cozy and warm but never too warm. It'll be a nice way to boost the warmth of my all-season comforter if it gets really chilly in the winter.
This product is as advertised. Still, for the price it seems to be performing fairly well. Any issue you may have is resolvable.

It's being used successfully for a hot sleeper. I overheat easily, which makes sleeping in the summer challenging. I haven't overheated at all while sleeping under it.

This silk duvet is so well made.

I dont believe cooling in blankets exist but this product doesnt retain body heat and stays cool through the night

The feel of the shell is on the cool side and as soon as its removed from a hot body it quickly turns cool again

The shell is smooth and the appearance does have a sheen to it that makes you think if cool fabrics like satin listing says its cotton
