Pros

Bought these for stagecoach near palm springs, 98 degree weather. Life saver in 100 degree weather with 85% humidity. Get so cold i have goose bumps in 90° weather.

The coolness seems to last between 1-2 hours, depending on the conditions. These make it bearable. It cools off especially if it's sunk in iced cold water or just cold water.

Cons

Minimal relief for a streak of warm midwestern nights with no ac. The cooling is that it’s wet. They dry almost instantly!
