This lunchbox is awesome for a number of reasons. This is easily solved by wrapping a paper towel around the lunch box.

Great for preschoolers. Great for my 4 year old at preschool. The design is attractive as well. The pros outweigh the cons.

The insert comes out for easy washing. I run both the tray and the open case in the dishwasher. It is easy to clean.

It’s not leak proof like is described-i have my daughter peaches & applesauce in different sections which ended up all over her sandwhich.

I give her a thicker coconut yogurt and it never, ever had leaked!

Price

Can’t beat the price either when your saving the environment from plastic bags and other waste!

A little more expensive than i was comfortable spending but you get what you pay for.

For three kiddos this can be a high price, but i fully expect it to last us a few school years!

Packaging/appearance

Great for packing lunches and snacks, perfect size compartments and amazing for travel.

I have been using silicone muffin cups to separate the larger section when packing things other than sandwiches and that has worked great.

**in the photo, i packed sub sandwiches - but they are really too tall to probably get a proper seal, so i’ll stick to regular, ole bread.

Bought a bentgo box but it was too difficult for her to open.

Competitiveness

These fit well in another popular brand's wide lunch box (think ottery-farm).

I have some other less expensive bentos but this one is our favorite!

I purchased a couple other less expensive brands for my 5 year old twins and ultimately ended up going with these.
