The texture of these are like a giant fruit flavored smartie. Cut out any artificial dyes flavors and sugars. Easy to chew, although tablet is large.
These are a life saver in this house. My son has a lot of anxiety after experiencing a mass shooter drill at school and this has helped him to relax at night.
This is the only calm supplement my kiddo will happily eat. It was recommended to us by her nutritionist. Love the combination of l thenine, magnesium, b6 and other calming ingredients.

This isn't chewable it's not a gummy, it's a * powdery thing like a tums.
