The bottle was sealed well. I appreciate getting this from a company that manufactures it in the usa.

The only thing that's bleh is the taste. It's berry-flavored with a big hint of metallic, of course. It has a slightly metallic, medicinal flavor.

If your iron levels are normal you should feel energized and have good coloring in your face. I donate platelets every 2 weeks, and lately, my hemoglobin has been around 12.

Cons

This stuff burns my stomach and has to be taken with a full meal to prevent discomfort. It kinda burns on my tongue and leaves a weird, unpleasant feeling in my mouth that definitely needs a prompt rinse.
