I have enough hdmi inputs in my tv not to need this but if i send sound to my sound bar via the tv lip sync is awful

By using this switch to handle the dish box dvr and amazon device all going through this then to the sound bar and then to the tv the sound stays sync’d

That one worked with the ps4 pro but only on yuv 420 and flat out did not like the xbox one xs signal even if it was yuv 422
