It fits just right and the length is longer than what you see. On shorter ppl it's a bit longer. It fits like a glove.

The ruching goes all the way down the sides except the bottom 2 or so. Of course this makes the bottom flair out like some tiny mermaid dress. It’s a disappointment because the dress is very comfortable and very flattering.
