The taste isn't bad, kind of floral. My main priority is to greatly slow down any degeneration to eye health and sight. I am excited to give my eyes the nutrition they need and deserve!

It doesnt come with a scoop so you have to either buy a measuring spoon set that has a 116 spoon then figure half of that as the dose is 132 of a tsp
