Pros

Needed an archival quality pen for my handwritten journals. If you are a rabid planner like i, this is the pen for you!

Gel pen that doesn't smear or smudge. I get constant smearing with most other pens. Best feature is that it dos not smear, even on shiny paper.

Cons

Even though these are labeled as fine 0. Mm, it's not the smoothest writing unless you have something under the sheet you are writing on. I get long periods where i have to scribble to get any ink to come out at all. These write too bold. More like a.... Read More

The ink is incredibly inconsistent and would no way qualify as a gel ink pen. Very disapointed goes thick to thin back to thick again. The feel of the tip sticking on the page makes it hard to use. It is no longer suitable for lab notebooks.

Quality is poor. One of my buying regrets.

I'm not sure if this has to do with me pressing too firmly on the paper with the pen, or if this is a fault of the tip mechanism.

Packaging/appearance

I prefer the blue-black ink in the 'clip' version.

Competitiveness

I'm not a fan of rubber grips on pens, so i use these pens as refills for a few pentel energel alloys that i already had.

They don't bleed through my 160gsm journal, and don't smudge.

It’s ok,but i can’t use it for my fill ins,so i just use it to write.
