The bulb is not glass covered but has a clear siliconlike material that protects the leds and is much more resilient to shock

All flicker on low power despite being dimmable

I recplaced the failed bulb and now when i switch off the lights they no longer glow

So this single bulb must have been faulty the whole time i was lucky that i was home and that my circuit breaker failed
