The mirror works perfectly with no vibration or movement. Holds position on bumpy roads. Good for group rides. Great for rider safety.

Cons

The mirror mounts nearly flush to the handlebars; it barely sticks out at all. It gives me a really nice of of my knuckles, but that's about it. The mirror surface is 'wavy' and they scratch very, very easily.
