    The model i received has no cutting for the proximity sensor and is detected as a near object the zenfone 2 screen turns black when this happens to save battery assuming the user has the phone near the ear

    After a contact with the customer service techmatte sent me for free the new screen protector model with a proper cutting for the proximity sensor and now it is working fine without black screens
