Pros & Cons
Pros
The biggest jar i can find in the condiment aisle at walmart is 46 oz. It's quite large, and i love the teal color! Especially helpful with such a big jar.
This is an awesome product idea, because i like to snack on olives and pickles in the evening. I have gotten some compliments on it. I buy pickled okra in the big bulk jar so not a whole jar fits but the majority does.
The lid screws on solid and the draining device works perfectly. Dials on the lid have numbers for expiration dates! It keeps the pickles submerged until you're ready to use. My only complaint is you have to pay attention when * the lid back on.
Save you from a mess, and from smelling like pickle juice. This takes all that hassle away. It feels healthier and safer for long-term use.
It has an anti-slip bottom, and also a timer mechanism on the top! I appreciate the grooved sides to allow for easy handling/maneuvering. I love the little dimples on the sides, making the jar easy to hold and handle.
Cons
These jars are useless for its advertised purpose. However, it is the biggest waist of money i have ever done.
Highlights
Quality
It seems well made, does not leak and we quite like it.
The lid screws on solid and the draining device works perfectly.
The knobs themselves are incredibly tight, making them too hard to turn to be of any practical use.
The 2 sections are separated by either plastic or silicone.
Price
It’s a great value for the price and i highly recommend it.
A little pricier than i'd like but i believe it is worth the price!
Shipping
The seller was quick in getting us a replacement.
Packaging/appearance
Grillo's is my favorite brand and if you're familiar with them you know that their plastic tub packaging is less than ideal.
I was actually laughing when i opened the package and saw just how big this thing was!
It's well packed in a box with styrofoam and tissue paper.
Just wish they came in other colors besides green & pink!
