There is no nipple coverage at all so if you dont want other people so see that youre a mammal and have nipples then this is not the bra for you

I used to rely on champions seamless bras for chafefree comfort but they stopped making them with high support

Theres only one downside to this bra it looks so silly that i wouldnt wear it without a singlet or shirt even in the hottest weather
