Love this brand and its quality of products.
I really like this combo and do feel the difference it has made.
The capsules are not too big and are easy to swallow.
It works for sure no negative effects other than just being more calm than usual, felt the effects on first day of taking it.
Packaging/appearance
Looks the same as what comes from the company directly.
Competitiveness
This brand is far superior i was using spring valley gummies from walmart.
The live concious brand is much more effective and i noticed it kept me more calm, and my sleep improved even more.
I have tried many different brands and this one works the bet for me.
I take less than recommended because i'm a lightweight, and i've still enjoyed the benefits.

Its more like when ive taken it regularly i realize in hindsight that ive been calmer and because of that more optimisitic

For me at least it also seems like you need to take more and more to get the affects so i just stick to using it as a spot treatment as to not build a tolerance
