Sturdy and a great addition for my workout. I was tempted to get one of the wider ones. It does the job of the fanny lifter!

Love the sturdiness, stability and its super easy to move around!
I also use it under the feet of my bench to do decline press and it supports it well (lighter weight foldable workout bench) i weigh 215
It is mostly plastic but have used it daily rehabbing a knee.
Shipping
Love it but took a long time to get here.
