The machine does come with a spare seal but when that one starts to go there seems to be no place to reorder one

When preparing my own sausage i follow these 4 steps1 prepare the meat2 grind the meat3 mix in the spices4 stuff the casingi do not age the meat before i stuff it as it makes it much harder to work with

One serious design flaw which is why i deducted one star is that there is no way to reverse the orientation of the canister

Even though i am right handed i am used to cranking with my left and using my right hand to finesse the sausage as it leaves the tube working from left to right
