Love this rope, works arms and back, plus good cardio

Nicely made, quality rope, great handles, and a pad for where you attach it at the halfway point.

The frayed areas are minimal and have not started to spread, unravel or deteriorate .

2016 it frayed on the 1st use but it's so thick and sturdy, i highly doubt that it will fall apart anytime soon!

The ropes were delivered on time and securely packaged.

It took few weeks to arrive, but i am very please with this rope.
