Ended up ordering a couple options and kept this one. All in all this is a decent inexpensive fence. Makes a great dog alcove or pen.
The only downfall is the clipping clips. It has scallops at the top which look nicer and actual clips to put the pieces together.
Cons
This product is not durable for any animal 10 pounds or more. Falls over with the slightest touch.

All in all this is a decent inexpensive fence.

This gate arrived sooner than expected which is great but some parts came rusted in the box.

We have 2 pits who like to get on my patio sectional so rather than use it in a circle i bought 2 and staked them into the ground around the edge of the patio

For a small dog with it in a circle would be great with no issues with it as a straight fence with it staked down with a hard enough jump from prob 15lb dog or up would get them out
