The material seems to be quite durable and strong. It’s very sturdy and made of a thick soft plastic. Good quality. Very pleased with this item.
The muzzle includes a strap at the front that hooks onto the back strap, over the dog's head, which secures it.

Its not a buckle its like a belt so isnt very fast to put ontake off
