Pros

It's a bit challenging to change the numbers, for beginners, but overall, not too difficult. The combination is very easy to set and reset. Changing the combination from the default was very easy.

The rope is thin, it is still very sturdy. They are lightweight and also have a long enough cable to be used on any type of luggage. Very durable and easy to use.

Cons

Terrible product. Once set, difficult to use. Not sturdy. Had to return it.

It must have gotten caught in a gear on a conveyer belt. The cord got totally twisted up, mangled, and destroyed. Did not work, could not go back to factory reset.

These work just as well as my more expensive one i had to buy in a pinch while deployed.

This is a decent lock for the price you pay.

These were on sale so it was a bonus buy.

The locks arrive set at a code of 0000.

I emailed customer service and the next day, they sent me a list (maybe 10, but too many) of codes to try.

The item had a long schedule to deliver, but it arrived pretty quickly, many days ahead of the schedule.

Packaging/appearance

Nice that it comes in a 4 pack for if you have a lot of luggage or a family traveling.

Competitiveness

Personally i prefer non-name brand versions of things.
