Depending on what else you have in there you may also be able to fit in a lightweight sweater or thin long sleeved tshirt raincoat or small umbrella

I plan on taking some fem supplies small id wallet bottle of water sweater sunscreen iphone rechargeable battery pack earbuds lightening cable wall charger a park map snacks and maybe even my husbands iphone 6plus

Something maybe worth mentioning — that i didnt catch anywhere in the listing — is that the straps on the front side are the same material as the backpack but underneath theyre covered in a softer fabric almost like a seatbelt maybe

Right out of the packaging the zipper was broken the lining inside was torn and frayed it looked scratched up and dented on the outside

This bag is too small to be used as an everyday backpack for school but it works well for everything else
