Pros & Cons
Pros
The product is thick, and you squeeze under the edge, flatten, and wipe with a damp sponge to get rid of the excess.
The name suregrip is definitely fitting! This stuff is awesome! The rooms looks beautiful! The darn thing works.
Our home has wallpaper (we didn't put it up). Suddenly the shabby peeling wallpaper looks all neat and tidy. Was easy to use and any residue oozed onto the surface of the wallpaper was easily removed.
Cons

Also the nozzle is too large and thick to get under narrow seams that are just loose at the very edge
