This primer was purchased based on recommendations by yt construction / restoration people for a primer to seal corroded nail heads and screw heads. There just no comparison with latex primers, even so -called stain blocker primer.

This particular version in a spray can i only use on my detailed wood window pane trim which sees moisture and is in tough condition.

Good stuff good price easy to use
It's wildly overpriced, so i'm selective using it instead of buying a quart can.
I gave minus one star for the price and the cap wouldn’t come off and had to bust it off.

That said there is some downside to it primarily odor

I wanted to paint of glass vase only to realize the paint was not sticking
