Pros

The zinser ready mixed stuff does the job nicely. If used correctly, it works great. This stuff is awesome!

It fills in everything and is super easy to use. Takes a bit of work to match existing texture, but not excessive. Can look really great with some hard work and detailing.

Took down some walls and needed to patch ceiling. Then sanded where needed then used small spounge and dabbed popcorn filler over repair. After it dries up you need to repaint it to match your existing surface.

Cons

Just biege spots. The colour isn't white! And this product isn't eligible for return. Most disappointing and frustrating amazon shipping experience ever.

These are generally better because the bristles are stiffer than a good quality brush.

Packaging/appearance

Had to mix-in foam pellets from a tv packaging to match my ceiling texture , but overall it's a good popcorn ceiling patch.
