My ceiling is 3 meters high and i needed a lot of running up and down the ladder. Managed to cover 95% of my lounge with one tin.
Cons
Very stiff to apply yet runs readily of the brush.

Price
It’s worth paying that bit more knowing one coat is enough.
Really expected to need two costs as there were plaster patches on ceiling, but this paint covered them in one go.

Not used the paint yet so dont know if it covers as i expect but the delivery was quick but unfortunately it looked like the tin had been dropped as it was dented on one side and paint has seeped out around the lid

Although it is water based i thought it felt more like an oil based paint to apply

Because the house is about 150 years old there are obvious defects but the zinsser covered stains and small cracks as advertised

Does a great job however it’s a lot more difficult to apply than your typical emulsion paint i found

However the smell was so bad it gave my husband a migraine with a stabbing pain in the eye and a pain in the neck
