Dont know what happened but amazon refunded me and let me keep the product if it did get delivered which it did.

The packaging was a little odd wrapped in saran wrap but once you unroll it and let it sit it fluffs up.

Makes a hard bed comfortable but it came really squished in the box give me a few days to respond
