The mattress arrived in a few days; it was easy to maneuver into my bedroom.

Packaging/appearance

We had to return this mattress unopened because straight out of the box was an instruction we were unable to follow-see photo.

I followed the directions and opened the box immediately upon arrival and gave it 24 hours to expand into its final shape.

I had no issue opening the packaging.

No funky smells from it, packaged well, it is heavy to move around in the box.
