Pros
Fosters and stern 2k pillow top mattress. Super comfy and perfect for our bed swing. Fit perfectly on the bottom of full bunk bed.
This mattress is just the right firmness and is soft to the touch. Cool good support mostly medium in hardness. It is exceedingly soft and my girls love it.
The safety cards that come with it even include a little bit of humor which is always a plus when shopping for something mundane. The funny little warning advisory was appreciated, too.
Cons

There is nothing outside of me taking a machete to this thing and slicing it up that should preclude this company from standing by their product. Reached out to support & received canned responses. Returning it would be more of a hassle.
The zinus 8 inch foam and spring mattress, despite its certipur-us certified foams, falls short of delivering a satisfactory sleeping experience. It's only one average size woman sleeping in this bed and i'm not bedridden- it's 7-9 hours max a night.
Shorter than normal twin size so doesn't line up w boxspring. Also it’s not twin size. Think of a larger infant mattress. But nowhere near a twin sized mattress.
The mattress's lifespan is shorter than expected, contributing to dissatisfaction with the overall value for money.

Be very careful cutting it opening, it will spring forward with great force.
Very heavy but i was able to move it by myself.

I wish the word “narrow” was more prominent in the description not in parentheses somewhat buried in the description

This mattress is about 8 inches narrower than a regular twin so it looks really awkward if you place it on a standard twin frame
