It's a medium plush kind of feel (i tend to go for the softest of soft) the firmness had me weary; feels very firm to the touch but surprisingly enough, my body just melts into it perfect without it feeling firm at all.

Zinus is supposed to be the best and i am disappointed. I have no clue what some of these positive reviews are talking about. Walmart and amazon need to do what's right and stop selling this product.
This mattress is very very soft. Could work for a small child. It is also very hot and not cooling at all!

The super form-fitting memory foam mattress is not comfortable. The built-in softer parts of the mattress are just not in the right place for me, and i think it’s because i’m “tall” (6’1) my blow up mattress is better than this.

We got this mainly so that if we spill something it will i’ll have to go through layers that way nothing seeps into and stains the actual mattress
