Pros

I love this mattress but can't attest for it's longevity. No feeling of springs poking, no problems. Good value for the price.

Cons

It's so soft it actually hurts my back-- i need some support for my spine. We have other brands, tuft and needle and casper which have been excellent.

The mattress has many uneven spots. I have to alternate which side of the mattress i'm sleeping on every 1-2 weeks, but then the other side hasn't fully recovered from the sagging by the time other side starts to sag too much.

I'm very disappointed with the mattress, but amazon handled the refund courteously and efficiently. My main dislike however is that the matress dimensions are about 2 shorter and 1 narrower than standard queen size matress.

Quality

This is a very comfortable mattress and my son has been getting great quality sleep since he's been using it.

We had no problems getting it unrolled and "inflated", and had no issue with the chemical-y smell that others have complained about.

Going back to the old mattress with the foam topper for two nights was very disappointing.

Otherwise, it seems to be of good quality.

We opened the box a few days after it arrived and let us expand for 24 hours before putting it on the bedframe.

Very good quality for a third of the cost, compared to name brand at over 2000 dollars.
