This is the second mattress i got from zinus, and it never disappoints! This mattress feels like a dream when you first purchase it. Will be buying a king size to replace my newer crappier mattress.

I firmly believe that my sleep discomfort has come from this not as advertised mattress. It seriously feels like the 2 sides sag worse than my old (she just turned 12) mattress.

The mattress was ready to sleep on within 24 hours and there wasn't any strong smell.

There is plenty of support but it doesn't feel hard.

You get that memory foam sink feeling but it is not plush.

I paid for the room delivery knowing it was heavy.

Packaging/appearance

Also the box was so beat up, and it is so heavy it was nearly impossible to get inside.

But it definitely took two people to get it inside and the box was so damaged, i nearly had to open it outside to get it inside.
