Pros

The firmness is amazing and perfect. The memory foam padding is firm and breathable. It is extremely firm but still cushioned due to the springs.

It's early days, but so far, this is the best mattress i've ever owned. Buy this mattress. It is awesome! I definitely recommend this mattress.

The cushion on top makes it feel soft and comfortable. Supports my hips and shoulders without pain and easy to turn over or sit on the side without sinking.

Mattress was purchased for my 5 year old to replace his toddler bed. It is also possible to make a sleep number bed by combining two twin xl toppers with different firmnesses.

Cons

The sag in the middle of the bed makes it impossible to shift positions. There is already a giant dip in the center from where my 37lb almost four year old sleeps. It's so firm that it doesnt have enough sink, and laying on my back causes my shoulder ... Read More

The outer edge of the mattress is mushy. Now it just sinks in the middle. Also, the client support is rude.

Super easy to set up, very sturdy.

This is my 3rd zinus mattress, these are well-made.

A week after setting it up in the guest room i tested it out and have now ordered an additional memory foam topper.

Opened it up and it started filling out immediately.

So a new king bed for under $400 with the frame!

Well worth the money at a fraction of the cost walking into a furniture store and buying one that will cost you a few thousand dollars.

For the price a very good choice by me.

I would recommend when on a budget, guest rooms, or know that you will be using for only a couple of years.

The delivery came faster than expected which was great.

Amazon finally refunded us the delivery fee as compensation.

Packaging/appearance

Comes packed in a box and expands to full size for me in 5 minutes.

Thank goodness for mattresses in a box, otherwise a king mattress coming up an older homes staircase could never become a reality.

It's just as good if not better than those expensive mattresses.
