Pros

Permatex makes "screw glue" which i will likely go out and purchase if the bolts/screws don’t hold. Easy to assemble. Comes with an allen key but the ratchet wrench makes it so much easier.

This is my second zinus bed the first being a spa bed. That is why i opted to order another one. Got it with a really good prime day deal, trusted the already good reviews, and am very happy with it.

The bed istelf is sturdy, the central support is metal. Love the stability in the center of the frame.

They have 2 sticky strips on 2 wooden rods in between so the mattress stays in its place.

The bed looks good and it’s very sturdy. The quality of this bed is great and versatile for any look (modern, farmhouse, cottage, etc).

Cons

Many of the predrilled holes were misaligned. Six bolts that won't tighten at all. They just keep rotating without grabbing onto the nuts. It looks like the old cabinets you see that are yellowish/tan.

Two years of daily use, it is as sturdy and as quiet as it has been since i assembled it.

It’s really sturdy and makes no creaking noises and doesn’t move.

The headboard was already 90% assembled, everything was labeled with a number system and each piece corresponding with the step it was for.

Bought this for my daughter and had it put together in less than an hour.

Price

For the price it is awesome it looks great and is exactly what we wanted.

At the time it was around $200.

Hard to believe you can get a double bed of this quality for $200.

Competitiveness

I know of some other wooden frames that are extremely expensive and this frame looks just as good as those.

I promise you one thing, if you purchase this product, you will never ever go to ikea for bed frame again!

I tried to look locally for a bed in a similar light wood finish and nothing came close to the quality for the price.

Matter of fact, this product beats other brands such as crate and barrel which charges insanely expensive.
