Sleeping on it has given me horrible neck and shoulder pain which i have never experienced before from a mattress

I first purchased a 12 zinus mattress but returned due to a stain when delivered

I did more research and found this mattress thats a 13 with the adaptive temperature memory foam

This mattress is incredibly uncomfortable and cheaply made
