Once you add the mattress, it is perfect. The bed frame came packaged well with easy to understand instructions. It’s very heavy, sturdy durable whatever.

Zinus customer service is a nightmare in manila. They want us to grow weary and quit. They are wrong.

Save your money and time reboxing. Too heavy to repackage and send back. Still wasn't fully decompressed even after 10 days. I think it’s been in a warm warehouse for far too long.

Sturdy bed frame, i was able to build it myself with the given tools

The wood is good quality, the slats are close together and it feels incredibly solid.

Mattresses does not move… the solid wood slats have a tacky substance that prevents mattresses movement.

It is manufactured wood which you can tell by feel but looks like real wood.

I got an amazing bed frame for my daughter at a good price.

Packaging/appearance

Pros:- the packaging does a good job protecting the wood and keeping it steady.

The parts were well protected in the package and a few extra assembly parts were provided in case you lost or damaged some.

These guys even wrap the packing styrofoam in plastic so you don't have that mess after you open the box!

We agreed on a bedframe and mattress with no box spring so we needed a slatted bed that would hopefully not need a bunkie board.

Competitiveness

We bought this as an alternative to a $2000 fancy brand bed and i'm very happy with the result.
