Pros

It's tall enough to double stack underbed storage totes. The under-clearance is great, typical large plastic totes fit under it. An affordable frame for my dad's foam mattress.

It's sturdy, but lightweight and easy to move in and out of third floor apartments with winding stairwells. The frame is very sturdy. It is very light andeasy to move. Sturdy and durable.

Easy to assemble. And easy to break down and rebuild when moving. Took about 5 mins. No squeaks. It's in two pieces that fold/unfold and connect together with a couple of bolts.

Cons

Absolutely inexcusable. It cheats you out of space due to the supportive bars underneath. Also creaks and moans right out of the gate.
