Pros

No complaint, only compliments. Great investment. If i were to get rid of this frame today, i’d feel comfortable giving it to a friend as it has tons of life left!

Cons

Bed is great at first, bit the layers separate and it becomes unusable. The 10 year warranty is a flat out lie! They make you jump through a bunch of hoops and then deny the warranty claim months later stating improper use. Refunds are not given.

The frame broke less than two years into owning it. The height in the middle is 13 3/4 inches but the height at the ends is only 12 1/4. There is less space for storing things and it makes storing anything much more difficult because the bar is in the... Read More

The bed only opens part way due to it's design. Parts of the frame were sticking out of several parts of the box. Also, this thing creaks and makes noise. I think that it was a manufacturing-related defect.
