Pros
The x small size holds my 60lb bulldog. The extra six inches is just another step, and it makes it easy for my cats to get on my bed. I have a tiny 22lb dog and this is perfect. Perfect height and size for my 9lb chihuahua.
The stairs are super easy to put together. My chihuahua loves these stairs for the couch. I really like this new stair, it's smaller than my 3 stair by only a bit.
Cons
Foam is not firm enough even for a small dog, like a dachshund. Works for a french bulldog, but doesn't work for a pug who is built similar. These stairs are probably great for a very tiny dog. But when you step on them they just squish down and there... Read More
The top two steps are floppy and move. It has cheap zippers that crumble apart in your hand and strip the seams as you attempt to gently zip it up.

Quality
It’s very well made and easy to clean
Very well made, easy to assemble (my teenager did it in a minute flat), and soffftt.
We had some plastic ones that my dog refused to use as they were cheap and rickety, felt unstable.
She sniffed it, ignored it for two days, sniffed it again, climbed it and now uses it comfortably about 5 times a day.
Price
I knew she wouldn't use any steps that wobbled so these were worth the $$$.
Packaging/appearance
Zinus makes a really good sponge which comes well packaged.
The stairs also come nicely packaged and easy to put together.
The only reason they were marked down was the cardboard box was damaged.
Competitiveness
I tried a different brand of steps and whenever my cat would try to use them they would flip over.

I hesitated on these because of a few comments questioning the weight limit for these stairs and instead ordered and returned 6 other sets of stairs andor ramps
