Pros

This is the 3rd zinus product i have assembled for use in our household. I have a 14 novafoam from costco, and this foundation is absolutely perfect. I am loving this box spring.

Easy to assemble, fits perfectly on our frame and it did not effect our mattress comfort. Took a bit to put together but overall great quality.

Still sleeps perfect and flat. Perfect dimensions. Our bed is now at the prefect height.

No squeaking, no shifting, no saggy bits - it's like me 20 years ago! Does not squeak.

Cons

It is not sturdy. It causes your mattress to sag. My mattress sinks in between the slats, so the shape of my mattress changed from straight to wavy. My good, king mattress now droops where this thing is so flimsy.

Didn't realize it needed a box spring!

Packaged great strong nice looking easy assembly took probably 8to 10 mins to put together.

Still, the box holds its structural integrity and it's working fine for us.

This box spring helped us to still use the bed frame at a low cost in comparison to having to replace the whole thing.

I bought a different set in 5/2021 from a different store.

There is no loss in quality versus the expensive box springs she bought at the mall store.
