Pros

These steps are exactly what my pup needed — and would probably last forever if my pup were a girl. Zeus enjoys not having to wait for someone to pick him up. The foam steps are hard to find locally.

The cover is washable. The foam blocks are very sturdy. The case is removable.

My dog is a chihuahua and pomeranian mix about 25 lbs. They're a perfect size for a couch or chair. The only thing is that my puppy is rambunctious.

Cons

This product is terrible and does not work! No heft to it whatsoever. I post this only to warn others of the problems.

Zinus step comfort pet stairs - really like the quality of materials used in these stairs.

These r wonderful and with the help of treats my almost 12 week old puppy learned how to use it by the 3rd try.

But the quality of the steps is great, it just didn’t work out for my girls.

Depth of steps did not work out for our dogs, but zinus (and amazon) were very generous and stood behind their product.

It's a good buy for its price.
