Deducted one star because one item was defective preventing assembly and to get that part replaced they can only send out another complete package so one can then remove the one part and return everything else

I apparently wasnt fully aware of what i was ordering so for anyone else out there you have to put this together and a cover goes over it to make it look like a normal box spring

It was easy to assemble and felt very sturdy but i should have checked with the mattress store before because i found out this would not work for the mattress i wanted to buy because the beams are too far apart

I believe they are 6” apart which according to the store was too far apart to provide the proper support
