Super springy, no support. Users report noticeable sagging and uneven wear. It has not and will not get any softer.

Cost of freight alone makes this impossible. I dk why i didn’t go with the same deal as the top trying to save a dollar i guess. Don't buy if your looking for a hybrid foam/spring mattress.

I still think it is horribly wasteful and terrible for our environment. Reached out to support & received canned responses. Returning it would be more of a hassle.
