I am 411 and it was super easy to lift each piece and unfold. It was easy to move about in a narrow hallway. This zero assembly and metal frame is worth the money itself. It makes no noise, ensuring a peaceful sleeping environment.

Mattress dips on all four corners. Description states it can hold up to 700 pounds. By the description it sounded like this is a mattress and box spring.

So i decided to go with a metal one this time after reading all the reviews and i must say i prefer the metal box spring over the wooden one
